# YANA — You Are Not Alone

> YANA is a nonprofit that connects moms, dads, and families with one-on-one peer Support Moms and peer-led support groups, so no parent walks a hard season alone.

YANA is built on two pillars: one-on-one Support Mom matches based on lived experience, and peer-led support groups for specific seasons of parenting. Support is always free.
